Well done on the two recent new leases. An increase of $55 per week for 1 Garrick Tce Herston is an outstanding result and another demonstration of your ability to pick the market correctly and have the confidence to try for the higher rental amount.
This is performance well above just managing a property, it’s getting a better return on investment for a property investor. Getting a higher rent is raising the cash flow and capital worth of the property, the prime objective of investment.

It’s good to have you once again managing my portfolio of rental properties.
Already you have been able to achieve a higher price for the rents, in fact the one house that had been vacant with another agent you had it rented within a couple of weeks for $100 per week more in rent .
Only a property manager with a thorough understanding of the rental market and ability to negotiate with tenants could do that, so well done .
In addition any maintenance issues are dealt with promptly and you have been getting competitive rates from your tradesmen , I have not seen any instances where they have tried to overcharge . You must be on good terms with them all.
Thank you for providing such professional service that lets me get on with investing. It is known that often an investor will sell following a bad tenant experience. I highly recommend the use of a good property manager such as yourself to avoid finding yourself in that situation.

To Whom It May Concern.
I am writing this testimonial as I am so grateful to have Mr Stephen McGee looking after my Apartment at Indooroopilly in Brisbane.
I met Stephen at a seminar at Melbourne, where he spoke about National Property Buyers. His experience and professionalism was obvious.
It was a couple months later when I contacted him and wanted to change my rental property contract over to him/National Property Buyers, that he proved to me that I had definitely made the right decision.
When he checked into the reality company that had been looking after my property, he uncovered several problems with the rental contract that I was unaware of, due to my own lack of experience.
One of those problems being that there was no Condition of Entry done and that the residing tenants had kindly trashed my Apartment.
To Mr McGee’s credit, he chased up everything for me.
He organised the official changeover contract of my property from my previous reality company to National Property Buyers, which wasn’t easy due to the mess their business was in and due to the lack of official paperwork that was available.
He also sorted out the removal of the less than helpful tenants.
As I live in Melbourne, I do not have knowledge the local reliable contacts for that sort of clean up the was needed.
McGee organised the necessary trades people to fix and clean up everything.
He also contracted a local business to refit the windows with vertical blinds at a discount price!
Stephen has gone out of his way to sort out my previous reality contract and the condition that my property was left in by my previous tenants.
I have already recommended Stephen to my friends and I am recommended him to you.

The team at National Property Buyers were fantastic to deal with and took all the hassle and worry out of handling my investment unit in Carlton.
Robert assessed the property, advised of the work and refurbishments that should be completed and provided this to me in a comprehensive report. They handled the trades people for me and the renovation was fantastic, I couldn’t believe how the property had improved with some minor work.
I was worried about who may want to rent the property after experiencing a bad tenant previously but Rob assured me he would only take applications and assess worthy applicants. They completed all the reference checks and provided me with the full range of options for me to make an informed decision.
They managed to get me a great tenant who is reliable and the rental return is excellent. I am never worried about the unit and Rob handles everything!
