We offer three basic levels of service in our role as buyer’s agents which are outlined below.

SEARCHING:

National Property Buyers save you valuable time by doing all the legwork to ensure you only look at good properties and ones that suit your unique requirements. This includes properties that are not advertised to the general public. No stone is left unturned to ensure you get to see all the available options.

Our extensive due diligence includes a detailed property & price analysis, which enables you to establish what a property is worth before starting the negotiation process. We can also organise building and pest inspections and a review of the contract and Section 32 by your solicitor or legal representative.

National Property Buyer Advocates use their extensive experience to secure the property at the best possible price, and the best possible conditions, irrespective of the method of sale.

Services & Fees

Our fees are always agreed on in advance and are based on your estimated budget as opposed to the actual sale price. That gives you peace of mind that we are not encouraging you to pay a higher price for a property for our own financial gain.

We do offer the option of a variable fee based on the actual sale price if you are not exactly sure what your upper limit is, however this option is rarely preferred over the fixed fee arrangement.

1. Full Premium Service – Search, Assess & Negotiate

Our full service includes weekly searching of the internet and sourcing off-market properties, unlimited inspections, full assessment with detailed reports and negotiating the successful purchase.

We keep working until a property has been purchased.

2. Assess & Negotiate Only

The assess and negotiate service is suitable if you’d like to do the property search for yourself or have already found the property you would like to buy.

We then inspect the property, prepare a detailed property and price analysis and negotiate the purchase on your behalf.

3. Auction Bidding Only

This service is for those who are uncomfortable with the auction bidding process or are simply not going to be available on the day of the auction.

Auction bidding fees are payable in advance of auction day and are payable regardless of outcome.

Our fees for auction bidding fall within a range of $500-$1,500 depending on what your requirements are.

Fees:

Our fees vary depending on the type of service you require. Generally speaking this can be anywhere between 1% and 2% of your chosen budget.

We fix our fees in advance – therefore you can be assured we’re working in your best interests and negotiating hard to secure the lowest possible purchase price.

All our services and fees are negotiable.

There is no charge for the initial meeting and it’s completely obligation free. We use this meeting to fully assess your specific requirements and answer any questions you may have about our service.
