Our process is broken into three key steps: Searching, Assessing and Negotiation.

Searching

National Property Buyers will save you invaluable time by undertaking all the leg work required to find your perfect property.

We will source available databases as well as utilize our many industry contacts to uncover property that is not yet available to the public.

Assessing

Our extensive due diligence includes a detailed property and price analysis report, which enables you to establish what a property is worth before starting the negotiation process. This ensures that you have an accurate understanding of the market value of a property.

We can also organize Building and Pest Inspections and a review of the contract and Section 7 documentation by your Conveyancer or Solicitor.

Negotiation

Our full service includes weekly searching of the internet and sourcing off-market properties, unlimited inspections, full assessment with detailed reports and negotiating the successful purchase.

We keep working until a property has been purchased.

2. Assess & Negotiate

The assess and negotiate service is suitable if you’d like to do the property search for yourself or have already found the property you would like to buy.

We then inspect the property, prepare a detailed property and price analysis and negotiate the purchase on your behalf.

3. Auction Bidding

This service is for those who are uncomfortable with the auction bidding process or are simply not going to be available on the day of the auction.

Auction bidding fees are payable in advance of auction day and are payable regardless of outcome.

Our fees for auction bidding fall within a range of $500-$1,500 depending on what your requirements are.

Our fees vary depending on the type of service you require.

Generally speaking this can be anywhere between 1% and 2% of your chosen budget.

We fix our fees in advance – therefore you can be assured we’re always working in your best interests and will negotiate hard to secure the lowest possible purchase price for your property.
